Environmental Law
Of counsel, David is a well-respected expert in environmental law as counsel, transactional lawyer, and litigator.
He works primarily on behalf of industrial companies and private equity firms. His skills cover the traditional sectors of environmental law from both a regulatory and operational perspective.
