Cécile is one of Almain’s founders.
Cécile’s practice focuses on M&A transactions, strategic partnerships and private equity. Cécile also assists clients with their disputes in these practice areas.
She works on French and cross-border transactions and advises corporate and institutional clients, SMEs, midcaps and private equity funds.
Involved alongside her clients as from the earliest stage of their projects, Cécile thus gains a complete picture of the transactions, especially as regards operational, strategic and financial challenges.
This enables her to offer pragmatic and customised legal solutions to the multiple issues to be considered in transactions entrusted to her skills and expertise.
