Gabriel is a specialist in business litigation. He defends his clients before civil, criminal and commercial courts.

Gabriel’s practice focuses on corporate litigation (shareholder disputes, post-acquisition litigation, liability and dismissal of directors, disputes relating to corporate transactions). More generally, he practises commercial litigation.

He has also developed expertise in alternative dispute resolution (mediation, conciliation), press law and criminal business law.

Gabriel is admitted at the Paris Bar since 2011 and has been called to the Bar of England & Wales in 2018

  • Assisting an investment fund in a liability action against the directors of a listed company.
  • Assisting a listed company in a dispute with a former executive over the payment of a severance package.
  • Assisting a purchaser in a dispute arising from the exercise of a MAC clause to waive the planned acquisition.
  • Assisting a start-up in a dispute with a potential investor following the breakdown of talks.
  • Assisting an investment fund in a dispute with an investment bank concerning the payment of a success fee.
  • Assisting an investment fund in a dispute with sellers concerning an earn-out.
